FIRST VISIT

New Patient

We ask that new patients arrive at the office approximately 10 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. During the initial consultation your Doctor will review your medical history, perform necessary preliminary tests and explain your treatment option(s) and plan. If needed, one of our receptionists will book your next appointment at your convenience.

Referrals

The nature of referrals allows us the possibility to book both an initial consultation and the treatment within the same appointment. This will depend on the nature of the visit. If you are from out of town or would prefer to book both the consult and treatment in the same appointment please call, or email our office to discuss this possibility. It will be necessary to have your Dentist send over an X-Ray for evaluation beforehand.

Acceptance of a ‘treatment’ appointment means you are prepared to proceed with the necessary procedure your Dentist referred you for. However, questions and concerns regarding the nature of the procedure, or if you feel that special issues (medical history or insurance coverage) need to be discussed then a short consultation appointment should be made prior to the treatment appointment.
